The quintessential summer pizza is here! Try this Margherita Pizza on the Big Green Egg this weekend and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Fresh Mozzarella

  • 3-4 Basil leaves
 

Directions

  1. Set up your Big Green Egg for indirect heat using the convEGGtor, set to 600°F/316°C, and use a pizza stone.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough and top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil leaves.

  3. Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
