When step brothers Jordan and Sam co-founded Spartan Pool in 2008, they met with Mike Thompson, the owner of local Norman fixture Thompson Pool & Patio to discuss the plans for their company and get advice as well as help.
Now, over a decade later, the two companies have become one, as Mike Thompson and sister Laura McLaughlin have retired with the full belief that the company is in good hands under the Spartan umbrella. In a profile published this week in the Norman Transcript, the two brothers and Thompson discuss their new partnership and the importance of continuing the legacy of their two companies.
